Meeting Room
The Hallett Center offers a conference room (over 1000 square feet) for your meeting needs. This room has a full wall of windows overlooking our patio and front lot. This room has foldable tables and chairs, and a sink to accomodate your needs. Capacity is up to 55 people in the meeting room. We offer a configurable meeting space with high-speed internet, LCD projector and web conference ability. Booking is available in 4hr segments. Possible uses for our conference room include:

What is a Full Use Rental?
A full use rental allows all of your guests to be able to access our entire facility. Full use rental includes the meeting room, and the ability to use our pool facilities or arena. You can even reserve our waterslide as long as you book a lifeguard with us to be present at the time of use. 2 – hr minimum on the lifeguard.
Do you offer non-profit rates for room rental and full use rentals?
Yes, we do offer special rates for non-profit 501 © 3
How many people does a full use rental cover?
A full use rental covers 15 people total. If you have more people that want to use the facility, it is a $7 charge per child, and $12 charge per adult. All guests on a full use rental must be listed on the group waiver you will fill out the day of the event.

Note: Rentals that may conflict with the Hallett Center’s mission or compete with the Hallett Center’s operation may not be permitted.
