Balanced Fitness Sign Up
Tuesdays and Thursdays 10:15-11:15am with Donovan
Challenge your balance and stability in this practical class. Improve the strength in key joints and some brain stimulation to keep you upright on the right path to wellness. This is an intermediate level class for seniors.
Fit Over 50 Sign Up
Mondays and Wednesdays 9:45am-10:30am with Karen
Focusing on muscular strength, range of motion, activity for daily living skills, and low impact cardio. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance. This is a beginner level class for seniors.
Aqua Fit Sign Up
Tuesday and Thursdays 9:00am-9:45am with Karen
Do you want an aerobic workout with the added benefit of water resistance? How about a class without all the impact on your joints? Our class will take you through a wide range of exercise levels. Go as hard or as light as you want to! This is a great class for the very fit or a beginner!
Spin Class Sign Up – Not Currently Available
Spin for All Levels– First timer? Loyal spinner? Been awhile since you’ve been on a spin bike? No worries! Our instructor is as flexible as they come and can adjust to your needs! Join in on an awesome ride with varying intensities. Get that heart rate up with lower impact on the joints. A great post work workout!
Spin Strong– A fusion of an endurance spin class and strength with kettlebells, dumbbells, body weight, and suspension straps. Come in for this two hour workout and get your sweat on.
Cycle, Strength and Core– Challenge yourself through a series of cardio blasts on the bike and strength training movements on the floor. This class also provides time for core-focused exercises and a cool-down stretch.
Body Sculpt Sign Up – Not Currently Available
Join in on this energetic circuit training for a total body workout. Low weight and high rep stations are sure to assist in toning your muscles. Drumsticks, dumbbells, kettlebells, stability balls, and Suspension straps create a variety of exercises for you.
