All visitors must be in our system with a signed waiver to use the facilities. If you have not been to the Hallett Center before and are NOT in our system, click the link below to fill out a waiver and put your information in our system. Please note you need to open and read the terms and conditions and the privacy policy before clicking that you accept the terms. Membership Information
Membership at the Hallett Center is more than joining a gym! We are a community center focused on health, wellness and recreation across the Cuyuna Lakes Region. It is an investment in the health of you, your family, and your community!
All of the above membership options, with the exception of annual, require an enrollment fee (same amount as dues) for new sign-ups.
Membership Policies
Couple or Family Memberships
This membership includes spouse or domestic partner and their legal, youth dependents up to age 21. Once a member turns 22, they are no longer eligible to be on the family membership and must be on individual. Individual memberships permit the primary account holder to be able to bring in their children under 12 for free. 12 and up need a day pass to come in or need to be on a family membership. Youth memberships start at 16 – 18 and must be signed by a parent or legal guardian. Grandparents or adult siblings are not included in the family membership. Grandparents cannot include grandchildren on their membership unless they provide documentation that they have legal guardianship of the grandchild.
Enrollment Fees
Your enrollment fee is a one-time charge that activates your membership. An enrollment fee will be assessed if the membership has been cancelled for over 60 days.
Membership Cancellations
Membership cancellation must be in the form of a written notice; cancellation form, emailed letter to the membership manager, or mailed letter. A
30-day written notice is required.
Membership Holds
A membership hold means you will not be charged dues or allowed access to the facility while your account is on hold. You may put your membership on hold for up to four months, once per billing year for a $35 fee. If you need to put your membership on hold for a medical reason, a note from your physician is required to activate a hold and reactivate the membership. There will be no charge for a medically induced hold with proper paperwork. To place your membership on hold, request a hold form from our front desk staff.
Method of Payment
Monthly memberships require a card or EFT Bank account to be on file and automatically charged every month. Term memberships are paid in full upfront. If an EFT does not go through, the membership will be immediately suspended until payment has been made. It is the member’s responsibility to update account information with us to avoid missed payments. If a payment declines, service fees and late fees apply.
