All fitness classes are included with your membership at Hallett! Feel free to drop in at any of our weekly classes this month and see what it’s all about. All classes, except the Aqua Fit class, will be in the back studio located off of our Arena. Our fantastic trainers have a passion for advising all skill levels and love seeing both new faces and the regulars. Our classes are a great way to try something new or meet somebody new this season. Everyone is welcome!

Spin – Lori

This 1-hour high energy, instructor guided workout uses our stationary bikes. Lori paces the workout to music to keep the intensity and the ability to set your own resistance makes it accessible for all levels. It’s a great way to start your day!

Fit Over 50 Karen & Jeffery

This 45-minute session focuses on increasing muscular strength, range of motion, and low impact cardio. It helps keep you on your toes and encourages activity for daily living needs. This class includes hand-held weights, elastic stretch bands, and a ball offered for resistance options. This class is mainly for intermediate level seniors.

ABS & More – Lori

Looking for a way to strengthen your core? Look no further! ABs and more is a 45-minute session that encourages just that. Whether you are looking to tone your Abs, boost your energy, or simply stay active, this class is for you. This is a great option to improve posture and the low impact movements are great for your joint health.

Aqua Fit – Karen & Mary

This 45-minute class is the only fitness class we offer in our pool. This low impact option is perfect for keeping the pressure off of your joints while strengthening your muscles and really gets the blood flowing while the water keeps you cool.

Balance – Chris

If you are looking to reduce your risk of injury, increase balance, and improve your posture, this 45-minute session is a one stop shop. Chris will guide you through each exercise and is one of our slower paced options for a relaxing way to stay active.

Yoga Pilates – Lynnette

We finally brought yoga back! Experience the perfect blend of strength, flexibility, and mindfulness in this fusion option. This 45-minute session blends flowing yoga movements with Pilates inspired exercises. It emphasizes controlled breathing, body awareness, and alignment, making it suitable for all fitness levels.

HIIT – Jeffery

High Intensity Interval Training is a 1-hour class that is a great cardio option. It focuses on muscles working together to create dynamic strength, from your nose to your toes! This workout enhances performance and conditioning and is perfect for tone. This class is an evening option so you can work up your appetite just in time for supper!
