This 75-minute gathering is being held on the 3rd Thursday this month and will focus on rest, and reducing stress by practicing breathwork, meditation, restorative yoga and mudras. This included in membership but non-members can attend for the daily fee of $10.
It’s suggested to bring a pillow or cushion and blanket. A limited number of yoga mats and blankets are available at the Hallett Center. Seated meditation can be done on a cushion or in a chair, whatever is most comfortable to you!
