MON APRIL 6 / 7 – 8:30pm Information Session REQUIRED front meeting room Details: Our trainers Olivia and Mason will be presenting all the information about weightlifting Learn about foundational lifts, proper technique, workout planning, and how to adjust your diet for your goals. |
TUES APRIL 7 / 8 – 9:30pm
Club Practice REQUIRED front desk + weight room Details: Complete an inbody scan with our trainers to get more information about your makeup. Trainers will demonstrate lifts for the club and go through proper technique. All members will get to try lifts and make sure they feel confident with the form prior to their first lift day. |
THURS APRIL 9 / 8-9:30pm
Benchmark Day REQUIRED weight room Details: Club members will try their first independent club lift day! Starting weights will be set and reps will be decided. Learn how to log your workouts. |

| What are club lift days?
Club lift days are days spent lifting in our weight room with an emphasis on increasing the weight or reps for each exercise. Trainers will be there for questions, assistance, and form checks. Club members will lift teir routines, track their workouts, and help each other stay motivated. Our speaker will be set up for a group session where you can add songs to the queue if you want too! |
Club Requirements
Must be 12+ Must be a member of the Hallett Center Must pay the $15 Enrollment Fee LATE NIGHT LIFT IS LIMITED TO 15 SPOTS FIRST COME FIRST SERVED |

Final Weigh In REQUIRED Details: Meet up for the final club lift day! At the end of the lift, record your ending stats and assess the progress you have made. Closing Club Meeting All members of the club will do their closing inbody scan. Trainers will spend time going over results, assessing the program success, and explain how to continue to advance your workout plan. |
