This 45-minute session focuses on increasing muscular strength, range of motion, and low impact cardio. It helps keep you on your toes and encourages activity for daily living needs. This class includes hand-held weights, elastic stretch bands, and a ball offered for resistance options. This class has a pretty large following so if you are looking for something social to get involved in, feel free to come a bit early and say hello 🙂
