Chair Yoga

This Yoga class is a fantastic accessible option for all skill levels. This is a great way to get that feel-good stretch in and is a slower paced more relaxing practice. A chair is provided for assistance with poses, occasional blocks and straps used for help with poses. This class is a breath-based option that will leave you feeling stretched and refreshed.
