Walk With a Doc | We offer Walk with a Doc appointments by request. Book private one on one time with a CRMC doctor to get general questions answered or guidance on how to take care of you. Visit our front desk or give us a call for more information

All Group Fitness Classes are included | If you would like to try a class, you can always drop in with a day pass. Members can show up to any class with no sign up required.
