The Hallett Center – Meeting Room

The Hallett Center offers a conference room (over 1000 square feet) for your meeting needs. This room has a full wall of windows overlooking our patio and front lot. This room has foldable tables and chairs, and a sink to accommodate your needs. Capacity is up to 55 people in the meeting room. We offer a configurable meeting space with high-speed internet, LCD projector, and web conference ability. Booking is available in 4 hour segments. Possible uses for our conference room include:

Our Arena

FAQ

What is a Full Use Rental? A full use rental allows all of your guests to be able to access our entire facility. Full use rental includes the meeting room, and the ability to use our pool facilities or arena. You can even reserve our waterslide as long as you book a lifeguard with us to be present at the time of use. 2 hour minimum on the lifeguard. How does reserving the waterslide work? First, you would pay for a full use rental, which gives you access to the meeting room and pool for four hours, regardless of if we can get a lifeguard or not. Once that is submitted, we can reach out to our lifeguards to see if they can cover your rental for the time slot you select (2 hour minimum for lifeguard). You will be given notice at least 7 days in advance (booking permitting) whether or not we can get you coverage and allow use of the slide. If no coverage is available, you would be given the opportunity to cancel your booking with a full refund if 7 days in advance, or you could continue to have the event without the slide use. If a lifeguard can come in for you, you would pay the lifeguard fee ($25/hour – 2 hour minimum) the day of the event prior to the start of your event. We would also be able to turn the waterslide on for you at that point. Do you offer non-profit rates for room rental and full use rentals? Yes, we do offer special rates for non-profit 501 © 3 How many people does a full use rental cover? A full use rental covers 15 people total. If you have more people that want to use the facility, it is a $7 charge per child, and $12 charge per adult. All guests on a full use rental must be listed on the group waiver you will fill out the day of the event. See Event Booking Policy for more information.
