Meeting Room, Pool, & Arena Use

Reserve our front meeting room with whole-party access to our Pool and Arena! Great for birthday parties or family reunions

your booking includes
  • Capacity up to 55 in front room
  • Tables & Chairs 
  • 6 Outlets available for use
  • Sink if needed
  • Use of projector with HDMI Output
  • Admission for up to 15 users for pool, additional users $7 each fee; if additional users are 21+, $12 each
  • Option to reserve a lifeguard for use of waterslide (lifeguard is additional $50 or $25 per hour, minimum 2 hours)
  • Arena use for all attendees (pickleball or open gym in summer, open skate in winter if not previously booked)

Arena Booking (April – September)

Reserve our entire Arena for a private booking. Great for large-scale events, banquets, auctions, dances, reunions, and receptions.

  • Enough room for any number of guests
  • Option to reserve tables & chairs depending on availability and quantity up to 300 chairs available
  • Full use of arena for the entire day and no other parties able to use except for those part of your event attendees

What’s the process for making a reservation?

For front meeting room only or arena only rentals:

  1. Fill out the event booking form (below) 
  2. Bring in completed copy to front desk staff or email to membership manager – [email protected]
  3. Your date will be confirmed if available or alternatives will be offered
  4. Submit payment to finalize

For meeting room, pool, & arena use rentals:

  1. Fill out event booking form (below)
  2. Bring in completed copy to front desk staff or email to membership manager – [email protected]
  3. Specify on booking form if you would like to reserve a lifeguard
  4. Your date and lifeguard availability will be confirmed if available or alternatives will be offered 
  5. Fill out group waiver (below) prior to event start 
  6. Submit group waiver and payment to finalize


What’s the process for reserving a lifeguard?

First, you would fill out a booking form with the request listed there, then the membership manager will reach out to our available lifeguards and see if someone can cover your event. You will be notified whether yes or no. If yes, you can make your rental payment and lifeguard payment to finalize booking, if no, please let us know if you would like to keep original booking spot, try a different date, or cancel your event. Group waiver still required if attendees will be using other facilities besides the meeting room.
