Our Water Aerobics will take you through a wide range of intensity levels, so it's as hard as you make it.
Water Aerobics is a great cross-training workout for the very fit or the beginner!
We offer 2 classes every MWF: MWF mornings at 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM
(Very low impact)
MWF afternoons at 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM (Higher intensity; music)
